What to Expect When You Book Full-Service Wedding Florals with Us

Planning your wedding is an exciting journey, and we’re here to make sure your florals are stress-free and beautiful. Here’s a timeline of what to expect from us leading up to your big day.

6 Months Before Your Wedding

  • Finalizing Design Details – We’ll confirm your floral vision, including colours, styles, and key pieces such as bouquets, centrepieces, and installations.

  • Inspiration & Adjustments – If you have any new ideas or changes, now is the time to discuss them.

3 Months Before Your Wedding

  • Floral Mockups & Final Adjustments – If requested, we can provide sample arrangements or digital mockups.

  • Venue Walkthrough (If Needed) – If applicable, we’ll visit your venue to discuss placement and logistics.

  • Connecting with your Coordinator and Any Other Day-of Contacts – We’ll reach out to request the contacts of your coordinator or designated contact person we can communicate with should we need anything on the day of so you can stay fully present and undisturbed

  • Final Review of Decor & Accessories – We confirm all floral-related elements, including any rentals, signage accents, or candle arrangements.

  • Confirm Guest Count & Table Arrangements – This ensures we have the correct quantity of centrepieces and décor.

1 Month Before Your Wedding

  • Final Sign-Off on Floral Selections – No more changes past this point, as we begin crafting your arrangements.

  • Timeline & Logistics Confirmed – We finalize delivery, setup, and breakdown times with your venue and planner.

  • Balance Payment Due – Final payment is due to ensure everything is in place for your special day.

  • Bouquet & other personal flowers Pick up – We ensure the personal flowers are ready in advance of your big day.

Wedding Day

  • Delivery & Setup – Our team will arrive at the venue to set up all floral arrangements as planned.

  • Last-Minute Adjustments – We’ll do a final check to ensure everything is picture-perfect before your ceremony begins.

  • Post-Event Breakdown – We’ll return at the end of the event to collect any rentals and clean up.
