My design process

First of all congratulations! It is a very special gift to find your life partner and an even greater blessing to plan this important day surrounded by family and friends. 

 

I also want to thank you. In a world full of endless options, we truly appreciate you taking the time to consider us - thank you!

I’ll work with you to marry your vision with your budget. All of my bouquets are custom made to order. I try to ensure that each arrangement is truly one of a kind.

Each creation includes a combination of our premium silk or dried elements to ensure it will last years after your special day.

In your initial request for wedding florals, I ask that you please include 2-3 pictures of your dream bouquet or event decor so I can understand your wedding style and present a more accurate price quote.

If I am a good match for your budget and style, then I will be happy to move ahead and schedule a telephone consultation for further discussion.

 

During your video consultation, I will discuss all the details of your wedding and present you with a "mock bouquet". Discussion points will include:

  • Your desired bouquet style?
  • What flowers and greenery do you like and dislike?
  • Are there any stems you would like me to show you during our call?
  • What are your wedding colours and style?
  • What style and colour scheme is your dress?
  • How many people are in your wedding party? 
  • Are there any special people you would like to honour with boutonnières, corsages or floral hoops?
  • Can you send me photos of your dress and bridesmaid dresses? This will help us during the creative process to ensure the colours and style of your florals are a perfect match?
  • Your venue and the location of your ceremony
  • Any special requests?
  • Our design process

  • Delivery date and location

 

 

After our call, I will confirm that you would like to move ahead and receive a quote/invoice from us. To place your order, we request a 10% deposit. Payment is accepted via e-transfer payment.

Payment of your deposit secures your wedding date and initiates the design process.

After the deposit is received, the fun stuff begins and we move ahead with the creative process. 

I personally create each bouquet by hand and will share photos and videos with you along the way. I am passionate about my work and am committed to ensuring you receive florals that you will love on your wedding day and everyday after that.

Wedding floral orders are completed within 2 month. Please note that larger orders require more time.

Florals can be picked up in Brampton or delivered via Canada Post for a fee.

****A note on deposits, order edits and cancellations 

We request a minimum of 10% deposit via e-transfer due in 2 business days in order to secure your wedding date.

If you change your mind about your purchase, please reach out to us as soon as possible for cancellations or order edits. Wedding floral deposits cancelled within 10 business days after initial payment is received will be refunded at 50%.

No refund will be granted if an order is cancelled anytime later than 10 business days.

After the initial deposit is payed, the remaining balance is due one month before the delivery date via e-transfer payment. All payments must be received before delivery.
